Responsibilities

The Office Assistant is responsible for managing daily administrative tasks related to the Hong Kong office. You'll be reporting to the APAC Director on a daily basis and you'll be working on-site at our office in Sai Ying Pun.

Responsibilities include:

  • Making sure office operations run smoothly
  • Office maintenance
  • Office related issues
  • Welcoming guests, clients & customers
  • Setting up meeting rooms and serving guests
  • Contacting vendors
  • Organising certain events
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks

Must Have

Bachelor degree, or higher

Fluent in spoken English

Excellent communication skill

Organised way of working

Friendly, welcoming attitude

Nice to have

Languages: English, Cantonese, Mandarin

Immediate Availability

2-3 years relevant experience
