Job Description

Duties

  • Providing administrative support;
  • Managing product shipping/logistics
  • Generating customer quotes and processing orders;
  • Managing product inventory
  • Monitoring and maintaining office supplies and equipment;
  • Editing and formatting of various types of documents as requested;
  • Providing reception duties;
  • Execution of general administrative duties as required to ensure smooth operations;

Qualifications, Experience and Abilities

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in an administrative/office management role;
  • Energetic, flexible, collaborative and proactive with high levels of integrity and a commitment to do what you say you are going to do
  • Native or equivalent English speaker
  • Strong attention to detail and thoroughness
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and within teams
  • Completion of a recognized program of study in office administration is an asset
