Job Description
Duties
- Providing administrative support;
- Managing product shipping/logistics
- Generating customer quotes and processing orders;
- Managing product inventory
- Monitoring and maintaining office supplies and equipment;
- Editing and formatting of various types of documents as requested;
- Providing reception duties;
- Execution of general administrative duties as required to ensure smooth operations;
Qualifications, Experience and Abilities
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in an administrative/office management role;
- Energetic, flexible, collaborative and proactive with high levels of integrity and a commitment to do what you say you are going to do
- Native or equivalent English speaker
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and within teams
- Completion of a recognized program of study in office administration is an asset
