Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming, outgoing mails and distribution
  • Performing outdoor messenger service
  • Handling office administrative duties including sundries & stationery ordering
  • Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the office, meeting rooms and pantries
  • Back-up the receptionist duties including answering incoming calls, and visitors greeting
  • Providing clerical and administrative support
  • Assisting in organising company events and staff activities
  • Participating in any ad-hoc tasks as assigned, including HR & President’s Office

Job Requirements:

  • 1 – 2 year’s solid experience in Office Administration is preferable
  • Polite, strong sense of responsibility, service-oriented, self-motivated and willing to learn
  • Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin is an advantage
  • Good command of Microsoft Office is an advantage
  • Immediate available is preferred
