Job Description
The role & responsibilities:
1. Guest welcoming, telephone operator.
2. Purchase and maintain stationery and office supplies.
3. Air ticket booking and hotel arrangement.
4. Handling the daily express.
5. Process business card order.
6. Assist the team to finish other daily jobs.
7. Operate and maintain office appliances; assure the security and tidiness of office environment
8. Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
1. Well-organized and have strong coordination capability.
2. Strong work ethic, positive attitude, attention to details and good team-player.
3. Fluent in writing and speaking English.
4. Skill to operate Word/Excel/PowerPoint or other office applications.
