ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the regional organization in administrative goals

Support the regional organization to implement new process &
procedures locally -
Receive all incoming public inquiries by telephone or in person and
respond efficiently to inquiries and complaints -
Maintain office services and efficiency such
as cleaning & security, courier management, pantry management,
co-ordination with external vendors, reinforce office practices, policies,
standard and procedures & supervise and monitor cleaner and
junior administrative staff -
Perform local purchasing according to defined strategies and
frameworks -
Work with internal customers and suppliers in order to resolve
issues related to invoices, damaged/ returned goods, and delivery
performance -
Update and maintain records in designated administrative databases
or files -
Assist to
organize sales seminar/promotion activities with sales & marketing
team. Co-ordinate all sales related activities, such as Sales Contract
review, tender document preparation and meeting arrangement -
Handle all logistic
work & customer reception for the team -
Sales forecast and
performance analysis -
Follows established accounting
standards and procedures
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Post-secondary education is minimum and university graduate is a plus
Proficient in English and good MS office computer skills (e.g.: excel; word; PPT)
Three years related sales administration or customer service experience is preferred
Be familiar with the process of order management & tender process
Good experience in preparing sales forecast and analysis
Proficient in a vocational area of expertise (may include specialized equipment)
Expands depth or breadth of knowledge and expertise in specific vocational area
Excellent planning and organization skills
Draws upon past experience to prioritize work and make decisions
Seeks feedback and advice from others to improve skills and address weaknesses
Focuses on key tasks despite limited time and resources
Prioritizes own work to complete assignments on a timely basis
Builds solid working relationships that enhance collaboration and cooperation with others
