Job Description

At Palatino Hospitality, our mission is to offer a complete « one-stop » solution to our clients. We handle all aspects of the production process from the design, material sourcing, product development, quality control to the delivery.

Responsibilities
Handling incoming emails and other communications.
Managing filing system.
Recording information as needed.
Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
Maintaining supply inventory.
Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.

Requirements
• High school diploma or associate’s degree.
1 year experience as an office assistant or in related field.
Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary.
Warm personality with strong communication skills.
Great communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proactive, attentive to details, able to follow tight timeline
• Excellent command of written & spoken English
• Ability to multitask and to work well in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing dynamics
• Immediate availability preferred
• Flexible work hours
• Computer literacy skills
