Responsibilities:

Assist department head in managing office facilities and supplies
- Provide mailroom services and office operations support
- Assist department head in ensuring office physical security
- Handle of receptionist duties
- HR and other jobs assigned by department head and Secretary General
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Secondary education with some related trainings
- An organized person with abilities to plan and schedule tasks in an orderly manner
- Good computing and interpersonal skills
- Immediate available preferred
Starting monthly salary will be commensurate with applicant's relevant experience.
