Greek Trade Beijing Representative Office is looking for person for position:
Office Assistant /Quality controller

Overview: Greek Trade Company was established in 1992. We are a trading company that specializes in import of foods products and medical products from nearly every part of the world to Poland. A big quantity of that food products and medical products are imported from China.

Position: Office Assistant /Quality Controller
Requirements:
- good English command, both orally and writing
- good work organization, resourcefulness, openness
- availability to work 8h per day (work from Mon-Fri)
- willingness to undertake job quickly
- good computer skills
- experience in similar position will be appreciated
Tasks:
- performing administrative and office work
- organizing, storing and searching for information needed in
office work
- assistance in searching for suppliers in China
- making products inspections in China
- contacting suppliers in case of claims
- Contact with our headquarters in Poland
