Position: Office Building Project

Division/Department: HR, Orga. & ITP/Real Estate China Asia

Location: Beijing

Main goals and objectives:

Volkswagen (China) Investment Co., Ltd., Department of Real Estate is offering a temporary job for an architect or civil engeneer, with main knowlage in planning and realisation of office buildings.

Your Responsibilities:

？ Quality management at site, preparing of handover scenarios and acceptance including documentation. Detail quality check of furniture and interior equipment.

？ Cost controlling at site (Payment of productivity as per contract agreements) and making of cost estimations. Handling of change requests as per compliance rules.

？ Managing of time periods for different scope of works like MEP and civil works.

？ Directly finding technical solutions at site, which are sustainable in cost and usage aspects.

Our Requirements:

Necessary education:

？ Degree in Architecture and/or

？ Degree in Civil Engineering (ideally in Germany - Dipl. Ing., Master)

？ Degree in Corporate Real Estate related studies (MRICS, MBA, etc.)

？ Polite, friendly and self-confident demeanor

？ Cultural adaptability

？ Highly developed team integration and communication skills

？ Analytical and target focused problem solving competence

？ Well organized, autonomous and self-responsible approach to work orientated on goals and results

？ Negotiation skills and knowledge of basic economics

Working experience (in years):

？ At least 3 to 5 years’ experience as a project engineer or project manager for architecture and building construction in the project development and realization phases required, experience in construction design useful

？ Experience in designing of interiors in office areas. Well knowledge of furniture design and quality

？ Experience in planning phase 1 to 4 (HOAI)

？ Experience LEED, BREAM certifications

Remarks (Language, IT Knowledge, Certificates etc.):

？ English (fluently), German (good), Chinese (nice to have)

？ MS-Office, AutoCAD and SAP

？ Established skills and experience in project planning / realization required

？ Established skills and experience in tendering and awarding required

？ Excellent skills in MS-Power Point and MS-Excel required

？ Established skills in MS-Word and MS-Project required

？ Knowledge of Google Sketch Up useful, AutoCAD or equal required. Alternatively also different architectural CAD Systems.
