Description
- Proficient in the use of Word, PPT, EXCEL, PS and other office software
- Assist in the preparation of Office development planning, planning and budgeting programme
- Assist to formulate administrative rules and regulations and implement the supervision and inspection system
- Organize and coordinate the annual meeting, employee activities, marketing activities and various meetings
- Drafting and filing of company-related documents
- Collect and organize the internal information of the company and
organize the company's memorabilia timely
- Organize guest reception and related outreach work
- Presided over the construction work within in Departments
- Coordinate the internal administration and personnel work

Requirements
- Education background: Secretarial, economic, business Chinese (or other language majors), public relations, personnel, administration and other related majors bachelor degree or above. In the case of non-Chinese related majors, the Chinese language level is not required.
- Training experience: Be trained in secretarial, management and personnel matters.
- Experience: About 1 years of office work experience in administration
- Abilities: Excellent interpersonal skills, have the ability to solve emergencies, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, clear thinking, careful consideration of problems; Proficient in Office software, office
automation equipment
