Aplus Studio is looking for an office manager to look after day to day administrative tasks and basic casting work. We are looking for someone flexible and hardworking, and who enjoys talking to new people.

Job Description:
-Look after day to day administrative tasks, including writing emails, organizing employee work schedules, checking over each day's work, sending out files to clients
-Basic casting (training will be provided)
Hours: 10:30-18:30 (Except when Fitting, Shooting, or during Emergency Cases; however these do not happen very often). 2 days of rest per week

Requirements:
-Female, any age (preferred)
-1+ years of experience in management
-English fluent
-Chinese business level
-Enjoys challenges and talking to new people

Aplus Studio is a casting studio based in Shanghai, casting for clients such as Nike, Adidas, Heineken, Coca Cola, Dove, Mercedes Benz, Apple, Lincoln, Philips, HP Printer, Disney, and more. Its founder, Ariel, is a casting director. Casting in the advertising industry includes: finding possible talents online, from universities in Shanghai, or from our talent database; taking photos for and creating comp cards and introductions according to the template; and drawing out the best acting from the talents in order to increase their chances of being chosen for the role.
