We are looking for an Office manager to organize, coordinate and perform office procedures and administration duties including human resources management and basic financing.
Responsibilities:
1.Perform administrative management
2.Perform human resources management
3.Perform basic accounting, bookkeeping and financial tasks
4.Maintain the office condition and liaise with facility management vendors
5.Source office supplies
6.Devise and maintain office filing system
Requirements:
1.Proven experience as an Office manager or Administrative Assistant is preferred
2.Fluent in Mandarin and English
3.Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
4.Good organizational and management skills
5.Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications
6.Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
7.Good verbal and written communications skills
