Job Description
武汉市 洪山区

People Management:

1. Possess good business and leadership skill.

2. Lead by example and influence the team with positive attitude.

3. Recruit, train and coach personnel to meet the company requirements.

4. Conduct performance evaluations and be responsible for coaching and counseling.

5. Identify and assess manpower based on volume forecast and set up recruitment plan.


Operation:

1. Review with other origins to agree on the migration guideline, system input process and HC delegation.

2. Monitor established performance indicators(KPI/Control Items) including variance reports, operational reports, quality reports, initiating corrective actions as required

3. Participate in the preparation and control of the operating budget.

4. Establish and maintain excellent relations with other origins.

5. Initiate, manage, delegate process improvement projects.

6. Ensure 100% data integrity and the proper management of information

7. Act as liaison between the operations departments and various company departments in the resolution of operational problems


Finance:

1. Accountable for the P&L in the operation.


2. Analyze monthly KPI’s, income statement and balance sheet, and control exchange rates.


Professional Skills:

  • Strong people management skills and experiences
  • Good communication skill in both English and Chinese, oral and written
  • Computer application in MS Excel, PowerPoint
  • Open, dedication, initiative, can play the role model to provide positive influence to the surrounding people.

  • Team work player, mature, management concept.


Other requests:

  • Minimum 5 years’ working experience in air/sea freight forwarding industry preferably

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar position at foreign companies is preferred
