Responsibilities:

Facilities Operations

  • Manage all aspects of facility operations. Ensure performance of preventative maintenance for building facilities that all facilities are going smoothly (e.g copy machine, airconditioning, heating, furniture and power system) and associated services are kept in a good manner (eg. reception service, mail service, catering, rental car service, office cleaning, office storage management, security and safety) to maintain a world-class working environment
  • Localize and implement the corporate business continuity planning and safety standards


Budget Management

  • Manage and control OPEX within budget. Directly manage the financial budgeting for assigned individual project.


Relationships

  • Develop and build up strong relationship with key business leaders, corporate facilities and external vendors to ensure that the facilities needs from the business are met timely and effectively

Communications

  • Communicate facilities related information effectively to employees (e.g. notice on fire drill, power failure etc.)
  • Understand employee’s feedback on work environment and seek opportunities for continuous improvement.


Requirements:


  • 7 years+ working experience in admin and office management within multinational companies
  • Solid experiences in leading projects and knowledge in all aspects of facilities operations
  • Bachelor degree or above
