岗位描述:
1.跟进与供应商、客户和内部各方的指令,以确保客户的满意度和准时交货;
- 审查采购订单
- 与工厂沟通,解释客户需求
- 跟进处理客户查询
- 监视生产状态 、
2.在产品开发过程中提供协助,以确保产品符合客户的质量和预算要求;
- 采购物料及配件
3.维持良好的商业关系,参与供应商的产品开发和生产;
- 促进工厂提交文件,如供应商审查报告
- 通过与工厂的日常接触,维持良好的商业关系
4.领导部门下属日常采购工作,做好人员管理;
- 协助帮助采购员与供应商之间的合同谈判工作,初步审核合同协议和合同并上报;
- 负责供应商的开发和审核,质量索赔及各类采购支付流程中出现的问题;
- 指导、考核下属员工的工作,加强下属员工专业知识度及团队建设,提升下属员工的归属感及敬业度;
5. 执行其它管理层制定的工作.
职位要求:
1.教育程度: 大专及以上学历;
2.工作经验:最少5年采购/贸易行业管理工作经验,主要面对欧美市场,熟悉文具产品和纸品印刷 ;
3.语言技能: 流利的口语书面英语;
4.计算机技能: 能够熟练地使用微软办公软件 (Word、 Excel 等);
5.客户定位,积极主动,团队合作精神,良好的时间管理技巧;
6. 有印刷经验者优先;
Job Purpose :
To provide quality merchandising service to customers, through order coordination and follow-up, to assist in the achievement of division’s business objectives
Job Descriptions:
1. Follow up orders with vendors, customers, and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery
- Review Purchase Orders
- Obtain quotations from and negotiate price with vendors
- Monitor and check production status
- Resolve conflicts between buyers and factories, e.g. delivery delay
2. Assist in the Product Development process to ensure that products meet customers’ quality and budget requirements
- Source material or accessories
- Source new vendors
- Provide advice on design and samples to meet customers’ requirements
3. Maintain strong business relationships with vendors for product development and production
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with vendors
- Evaluate vendors’ capability
- Keep track of vendors’ performance
4. Lead the daily procurement work of subordinates and manage personnel;
- assist buyer to negotiate contract negotiation with suppliers;
- responsible for the development and audit of suppliers, quality claims and problems arising from various procurement and payment procedures;
- guide and assess the work of subordinates, strengthen the professional knowledge and team building of subordinates, and improve the sense of belonging and engagement of subordinates;
5. Perform other duties as assigned by Management
Job Requirements:
1. Education Level: Bachelor degree or above in related discipline.
2. Years of Experience: Over 5 years experiences in Buying/Trading office on Hardline field for USA UK Market.Who has printing knowledge will be better.
3. Language Skills: Good command of Reading & Written English.
4. Computer Skills: Able to use Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, etc) professionally.
5. With teamwork spirit and positive attitude in daily work.
6. Strong in various product knowledge on paper, printing, kids toys, Frame, Kitchenware, package etc.
