Job Description
Job Duties :
Reformation —
-Improving existing BPM, operation & management systems, designing and implementing office policies, establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, managing daily operation, remotely managing Guangzhou branch
HR —
Analysing variances, handling recruitments, selecting, orienting, monitoring, maintaining discipline, coaching and counselling to achieve corrective actions, preparing appraisal
Office Admin —
Maintaining office efficiency, reviewing effective office processes, coordinating company meetings
Finance —
Preparing annual budget, achieving financial objectives
Others —
-People-oriented management
-Occasional trip to China
-Flexible hours
-Immediately available or short notice is preferable
Requirements :
-Degree holder in Business Management/Administration or relevant discipline
-5 years or above experience in management grade
-Knowledge of labor law
-Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
-Proficient I.T. knowledge & skills
-Experience in advertising agency or on-line marketing is a plus
