Job Description

Client's information:

A Top-tier Architectural & Design practice with more than 10 offices in China, is going to expand their HK team. They are actively looking for an experienced office manager to work as an important role for their development.

 

Duties:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including manpower planning, performance management, compensation and benefit administration, training & development, employee relations & engagement
  • Work closely with the line managers/designers.
  • Responsible for office administration to ensure smooth operation of the office.
  • Review, formulate and implement administration policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with China offices.
  • Assist in finding suitable for new launched team.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of administrative and operational support experience
  • Previous work experiences in Design & Architectural Practice is a plus
  • Presentable, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage in an environment of continuous change
  • Immediately available is preferred.
