Job Description
Siemens Logistics is a leading provider of innovative products and solutions in mail and parcel logistics and automation. Software solutions and customer services along the complete product life cycle complete the portfolio. The Office Manager will be responsible for the day to day running of the company's corporate offices and their facilities. Key responsibilities of this position include administrative support, calendar and scheduling support, meeting preparation and follow-up, travel and meeting arrangements, office support (maintenance of supplies, arranging of shipments, etc), as well as support with HR administration and on-going business needs. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, attentive to details and well organized. Ideally, he/she will have experience in supporting teams in a multinational organization relating to international engineering projects. Essential responsibilities: • Office and administrative support (maintenance of supplies, arranging of shipments, etc); • Calendar and internal company event support; • Support with HR processes; • On- and off-boarding of team members; • Travel arrangements. Requirements: • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or similar; • Good written and verbal communication skills in English; • Computer literacy and knowledge of standard office software (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel); • Ability to work and remain friendly in a fast paced environment.
