Office Manager and Personal assistant
Job Description:
Responsible in assisting the CEO and the CFO in various issues such as: research, negotiations, presentations, schedule planning, business trips co-ordinations, translations, local suppliers, bank transfers, deal with Tax Bureau issues, business reports and statistics, data base management, administration management and responsible for the overall functions of the CEO, CFO and the office.
Qualification
1. Fluent English.
2. At least one-year work experience as a personal assistant
3. At least one-year experience working for a foreign company.
4. Business negotiations skills.
5. Computer skills must include: excel, world and power point
6. Bachelor Degree
7. Open minded, independent with the capability of working as a part of a team.
