Purpose:

Responsible for assisting and providing secretarial and administrative support and backup to the General Manager.


Responsibilities:

  • Providing professional secretarial and administrative support to General Manager.

  • Handling correspondence independently, supporting management in organizing meetings (internal, external and international meetings), preparing agendas, presentation materials.

  • Responsible for translations and summaries when necessary.

  • Executing Travel arrangements.

  • Responsible for organizing all the expat Visas, business trips, work permit and medical insurance including staff and visitors.

  • Other tasks assigned by line manager.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above, major in business management will be a plus.

  • At least 5 years secretarial support experience in relevant field.

  • Excellent command of English communication skill.

  • Strong communication ability.

  • Service-minded and team work spirit.
