Job Description
Purpose:
Responsible for assisting and providing secretarial and administrative support and backup to the General Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Providing professional secretarial and administrative support to General Manager.
- Handling correspondence independently, supporting management in organizing meetings (internal, external and international meetings), preparing agendas, presentation materials.
- Responsible for translations and summaries when necessary.
- Executing Travel arrangements.
- Responsible for organizing all the expat Visas, business trips, work permit and medical insurance including staff and visitors.
- Other tasks assigned by line manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in business management will be a plus.
- At least 5 years secretarial support experience in relevant field.
- Excellent command of English communication skill.
- Strong communication ability.
- Service-minded and team work spirit.
