Job Description

Office administration -Wuhan


Primary responsibilities:


. Day to day management of office for smooth operation

. Make work attendance lists and expense reports for field service engineers every month

. Responsible for the purchase of office supplies and for recording and maintaining office expense records

. Arrange travel ticket booking and hotel accommodation

. Responsible for the executive expense settlement and reconciliation (express / drinking water / property, etc. )

. Keep and safeguard all contracts, leases and all legal and financial documents

. Receiving the parts, count it accounting to delivery note and goods receiving note, keep warehouse in order

. In charge of data input into system and the physical count

. Complete all additional tasks assigned by Manager


Requirements:


. College degree or above, over 5 years working experience in office Admin

. Good command of Chinese & English in cross-functional environment

. Good problem solving skills and a bright and energy attitude

. Experienced with computer office software

. Master of SAP system and cashier work is preferred

. High flexibility and able to work overtime as required

. Ability to communicate well and work with others, motivated to learn new things
