Client’s business concerns real estate development ,hotel investment , urban renewal, property management, commercial operation and so on. Located in Shenzhen as head office, with branches in most of China major cities .

Job description
1. Collect customer’ opinions and to provide professional services for clients in the concierge.
Responsible for marketing and promotion plans and their implementation

2.Personalized management, to introduce the buildings and the surrounding circumstances. Provide professional services to customers

3. Assist companies’ large-scale activities, promotions etc.
4. Responsible for the external environment greening, and the inspection and management of facilities.
5. Complete other temporary works given by line manager

Qualifications:

1.Good communication skills, positive and optimistic, with good service attitude
2. Property management, hotel management, tourism management and other export-orientedis experiences preferred, but not compulsory
3. European nationality is must
