Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare journal entries and maintain accounting records
Responsible for checking, verifying of payment process as well as issuing invoices
Assist in payment process, preparation of month-end closing, financial reports and analysis
Prepare monthly management information reports for business analysis to various stakeholders
Assist in budgetary control, cost control analysis, cash flow forecast as well as year-end audit
Maintain the fixed assets register
Requirements:
Diploma in Accounting or above
2 to 3 years work experience in accounting related field is preferable
Good inter-personal and communication skill
Good command of both written spoken English and Cantonese
Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel) and accounting software, preferably SunSystem
Remuneration will be commensurate with qualification and experience.
