Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare journal entries and maintain accounting records
  • Responsible for checking, verifying of payment process as well as issuing invoices
  • Assist in payment process, preparation of month-end closing, financial reports and analysis
  • Prepare monthly management information reports for business analysis to various stakeholders
  • Assist in budgetary control, cost control analysis, cash flow forecast as well as year-end audit
  • Maintain the fixed assets register
Requirements
  • Diploma in Accounting or above
  • 2 to 3 years’ work experience in accounting related field is preferable
  • Good inter-personal and communication skill
  • Good command of both written & spoken English and Cantonese
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel) and accounting software, preferably SunSystem
