Key Responsibilities
- Prepare journal entries and maintain accounting records
- Responsible for checking, verifying of payment process as well as issuing invoices
- Assist in payment process, preparation of month-end closing, financial reports and analysis
- Prepare monthly management information reports for business analysis to various stakeholders
- Assist in budgetary control, cost control analysis, cash flow forecast as well as year-end audit
- Maintain the fixed assets register
Requirements
- Diploma in Accounting or above
- 2 to 3 years’ work experience in accounting related field is preferable
- Good inter-personal and communication skill
- Good command of both written & spoken English and Cantonese
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel) and accounting software, preferably SunSystem
