Responsibilities

• Handle and perform full set of accounts and daily accounting duties, including account receivable and payable
• Liaise with internal / external customers for account receivable settlement 
• Prepare monthly variance reports for profit and loss and balance sheet items
• Assist in budget preparation, monthly financial analyses and reports
• Prepare monthly agent reconciliation and issue customers' statements

Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting, Member or Finalist of HKICPA / ACCA / AAT
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounting field; experience in trading / freight forwarding / logistics company is a must
• Strong analytical, Self-motivated, well-organized and with detail-minded
• Proficiency in MS Office, Knowledge in SUN accounting system is an advantage
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
