The Office is looking for a capable and dynamic individual to assist in the development and implementation of the creative arts education initiatives of the School of Humanities and Social Science.
The appointee will provide logistics support for a variety of creative arts courses and activities initiatives in music, creative writing and film including but not limited to: coordinating guest artist/speaker logistics; crafting and implementing local and global publicity strategies; planning and coordinating concert venue, ticketing and guest list logistics; providing guidance and assigning tasks to a subordinate; and performing other administrative duties in the School of Humanities and Social Science. Working outside normal office hours and during weekends for related events will be required.
Applicants should have a recognized degree with fluency in English and Chinese; good communication and interpersonal skills; experience in organizing arts events (preferably at an arts organization in Hong Kong); and good word-processing, spreadsheet, and web-based computer skills. Some graphic design experience is preferred. He/She should be reliable, self-motivated, thorough, team-spirited, and open to cultural and artistic diversity. (Duration: 2 years, renewable)

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
