Pay
HK$31,055 to HK$60,421 per month including Monthly Allowance

Job
1. Perform day-to-day management works of the HA corporate and intranet website including coordinating content update with internal stakeholders, and execute website revamp and related projects.
2.Undertake the production of corporate publications such as annual reports, internal newsletters, HA convention booklet, etc., including writing, editing, coordinating overall design and production, production of e-versions and social media posts, etc.
3.Assist in write-up of corporate communication collateral materials including speeches, messages, apothegms, blog, publications, promotional leaflets and websites.
4.Perform and execute other corporate communication duties.
5.Perform duties outside office hours as required.

Requirements
1.University degree or equivalent, preferably with major in communications, journalism, translation, or languages studies.
2.At least 2 years of working experience in corporate communication, public relations or related fields.
3.Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
4.Proficiency in common computer applications e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.

Preferred Attributes/Exposure
1.Experience in website management and production of corporate publications.
2.Familiar with workflow and procedures and possess a flair for layout and design in publications.
3.Detail-oriented, organised, multitasking and be able to work independently under tight schedule.
4.Self-motivated and creative.
5.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Remarks
1.May be required to work in another work location to meet service needs of the HA.
2.Appointment will be on contract terms for a period of 3 years. Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered upon completion of contract with satisfactory performance.
3.Retiring / retired HA staff who wish to continue working for HA after their normal retirement may also apply. If selected, the terms and conditions of employment will be offered in accordance with prevailing policies of the Retired and Rehire Mechanism of HA.
