Job Description

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Senior Officer (Complaints and Enforcement), the appointee will be required to:

  • Handle complaints and enquiries properly and timely;
  • Carry out investigation of disciplinary offence in accordance with relevant ordinances ;
  • Refer cases to other law enforcement agencies when necessary;
  • Prepare various reports, such as case report, statistic report etc.;
  • Prepare for and attend disciplinary hearings and court as witness; and
  • Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.

 

Requirements

  • Tertiary education or above in any disciplines;
  • A minimum of 2 years relevant working experience;
  • Experience in handling complaints, customer services will be an advantage;
  • Preferable with experience in public sectors, authorities or relevant industries;
  • A good team player with a strong sense of responsibility, good interpersonal and problem solving skills;
  • Independent and able to work under pressure;
  • Proficiency in MS office and Chinese Word Processing; and
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
