Job Description
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Senior Officer (Complaints and Enforcement), the appointee will be required to:
- Handle complaints and enquiries properly and timely;
- Carry out investigation of disciplinary offence in accordance with relevant ordinances ;
- Refer cases to other law enforcement agencies when necessary;
- Prepare various reports, such as case report, statistic report etc.;
- Prepare for and attend disciplinary hearings and court as witness; and
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- Tertiary education or above in any disciplines;
- A minimum of 2 years relevant working experience;
- Experience in handling complaints, customer services will be an advantage;
- Preferable with experience in public sectors, authorities or relevant industries;
- A good team player with a strong sense of responsibility, good interpersonal and problem solving skills;
- Independent and able to work under pressure;
- Proficiency in MS office and Chinese Word Processing; and
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
