The External Relations Department of the Corporate Affairs Division is responsible for corporate publications, stakeholder relations management and community engagement, including public enquiries and complaints.

This position reports to a Senior Manager of External Relations, as part of the team responsible for our engagement and interaction with the general public. In particular, you will handle wide-ranging enquiries about the SFC's work, help in organising corporate events and receiving visitors, and be responsible for related administrative tasks. You will also assist in maintaining contents on the SFC corporate website.  

To be successful in this post, you should hold a university degree, preferably in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or other relevant fields, with at least three years of solid experience in handling public enquiries, ideally in a financial or regulatory context. A good understanding of the securities market and various financial products is essential.

You should be attentive to detail, communicative, organised, outgoing and a team player. Excellent command in English and Chinese is a must. Proficiency in Putonghua will be a plus. Experience in organising business events and maintaining website will be a definite advantage.
