Responsibilities:
- Explore new potential business partners for frequent flyer program to enrich program benefits for different tiers of members thus to increase loyalty;
- Support the set-up and on-going account management of airline/non-airline partners include but not limited to contract management, revenue reporting, invoicing and billing;
- Build and manage an effective network and relationship with existing and potential partners;
- Plan and implement joint-promotion campaigns with partners, and prepare relevant marketing materials including social media posts, EDM and website updates;
- Conduct review on KPI performance and provide insights on market trend on monthly basis;
- Organize and execute member acquisition and retention activities;
- Assist on partners’ / members enquiries and resolve complaints;
- Assist on ad-hoc projects and duties in accordance with business needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years in CRM, loyalty program, partnership or relevant experiences, with airport operation or aviation industry background would be an advantage
- Possess commercial understanding, margins and costing competencies
- Positive working attitude, self-motivated and quick problem-solving skills
- Resulted oriented and attentive to details, excellent communication and multi-tasking skills, manage to work in fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Good command in both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
