Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Manager (Human Resources & Administration), the incumbent will assume the following:
- Assist in handling human resources matters, including recruitment and orientation, compensation and benefits, payroll and budget preparation, leave administration, performance management, employee relations etc
- Manage all human resources and administration related documentation
- Assist in devising, implementing and reviewing office policies and procedures and update the relevant documents as and when required
- Provide support to the TIA Board and the Corporate Services Committee
- Provide general office administrative support for the Executive Office
- Perform other duties as assigned by seniors
Requirements
- Holder of a university degree with not less than 4 years of work experience in human resources and administration work, or holder of a Higher Diploma/Associate Degree with not less than 6 years of work experience in human resources and administration work
- Good command of written English and Chinese and fluent in spoken English and Cantonese
