Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Manager (Human Resources & Administration), the incumbent will assume the following:

  • Assist in handling human resources matters, including recruitment and orientation, compensation and benefits, payroll and budget preparation, leave administration, performance management, employee relations etc
  • Manage all human resources and administration related documentation
  • Assist in devising, implementing and reviewing office policies and procedures and update the relevant documents as and when required
  • Provide support to the TIA Board and the Corporate Services Committee
  • Provide general office administrative support for the Executive Office
  • Perform other duties as assigned by seniors

 

Requirements

  • Holder of a university degree with not less than 4 years of work experience in human resources and administration work, or holder of a Higher Diploma/Associate Degree with not less than 6 years of work experience in human resources and administration work
  • Good command of written English and Chinese and fluent in spoken English and Cantonese
