Responsibilities:
- To provide recruitment logistics support including placement of job advertisements, interview arrangement, preparation of manpower and recruitment related information, etc.
- To be responsible for on boarding arrangement, e.g. prepare appointment letter and welcome kit for new staff, conduct reference check, set up personal files, etc.
- To handle staff exit formalities upon termination of employment
- To prepare HR reports and maintain staff records in an efficient and accurate manner
- To update organisation charts monthly according to the staff movement in the Authority
Requirements:
- Degree holder in human resources, business or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
- Familiar with Employment and other related Ordinances
- Hands on experience of PC operation and knowledge of common software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
- Knowledge and experience in data analysis and Tableau will be an added advantage
