Duties include

• To provide daily IT support to all service units
• To manage the projects of system deployment and server migration in service units
• System Support - Support on Windows Server, Email Server and Backup system
• Desktop Support - Users side support on Windows 7/10, MS Office
• To coordinate with vendors, internal / external parties and service partners for service restoration
• To administer procurement for IT items & routine billing settlement
• To perform assigned tasks in order to produce quality and timely deliverables
• To troubleshoot for various technical issues
• Non-office hour support is required but rare occurrence 

• A recognized degree in Information Technology (IT) or other related discipline
• Minimum 2 years in configuration design and operation support of IT system, such as Active Directory, email system, anti-virus server and VMware
• Hands-on experience on MS. Windows, MS. Exchange, Linux, VMware, Symantec Backup Exec, TCP/IP, ... etc
• Professional qualification on IT systems (such as Microsoft MCP / MCSE, CheckPoint CCSA, and ITIL) would be an advantage
• Good communication, interpersonal, strong analytical, problem solving, project and team management skills
