Responsibilities:

- To Keep an updated summary for the agreed terms during insurance renewal negotiations and assist in handling renewal of insurance covers for the fleets.

- To prepare premium calculations, declarations under the insurance contracts and assist in handling of claims.

- To assist in preparing loss ratio statistics of the fleets, periodically review claims record and update premium figures for insurance renewal purpose.

- To assist insurance related certificates application for the fleets.

- To perform additional duties to meet both the Company & Department's needs as desired.

Requirements:

- Tertiary education.

 - Diploma or degree holder. Prefer in Shipping or Logistic.

- Minimum 2-4 years working experience in Insurance. With Shipping background is highly prefer.

- Good PC knowledge in MS word, Excel, Power Point, Chinese Word Processing.

- Excellent command in both written and spoken in English and Chinese. (including Mandarin)

An ideal candidate should be Mature, Reliable, Proactive with good communication and interpersonal Skills.
