Job Description & Summary

A career in Learning and Development, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to contribute to the success of our people by developing quality and relevant learning initiatives that constantly improve the PwC experience. You’ll help us identify and source the best instructors, develop learning and performance improvement solutions across traditional and virtual classroom environments, and consult with other areas of the Firm to ensure our curriculums and initiatives support the PwC strategy.


As part of our Learning and Development Deliver team, you’ll provide strategic business solutions to our clients through the coordination of our market implementation efforts, talent, content management, and coordination with key functions outside of Learning & Development such as finance, meeting & event services, procurement, third party labour and human resources.


Job Summary:

The L&D Quality & Process Improvement officer is responsible for providing assistance to team leader and relevant L&D managers on L&D curriculum management matters.


Principal Accountabilities:

Client management:

  • Assist in the training curriculum planning process, including collection and consolidation of individual course list, target participants list, instructor lists as well as the instructor qualification monitoring;
  • Arrange training room boing and VC booking as required;
  • Coordinate classroom training scheduling at planning stage;
  • Maintain programme/curriculum level target participants lists;
  • Maintain the up-to-date course lists and programme levet target lists;
  • Communicated course logistics requirement with other related partners.

Date management:

  • Understand the curriculum and training requirements, communicate with other L&D members on training records;
  • Prepare programme/curriculum level reports on attendance, training hours (including CPD hours), etc, and follow up with other L&D team members if required;
  • Assist the team leader and course managers to prepare data analysis and other ad-hoc training related reports;
  • Coordinate and review reports drafted by other L&D memberst.

System management:

  • Utilise learning management system to set up course page, training curriculum and landing page etc;
  • Manage elearn enrolment, joining instructions and auto reminder etc;
  • Provide support on trianin grelated eystem, e.g. electronic sign-in system, course evaluation syste, exam support system and partner development system.

Quality management:

  • Support Assurance Reporting and CPE hour compliance process;
  • Assist L&D related Quality Management Reporting;
  • Assist other projects and ad-hoc tasks on quality management.

Others:


  • Support L&D transformation and input to training process efficiency enhancement projects;
  • Support other L&D projects or tasks as required.



This role may involve some LoS/industry/practice specific responsibilities, and these specific responsibilities will be provided by the team leaders or your line manager. As such, the candidate has to report to team leader, programme manager and course manager.

In addition, candidates should illustrate the following personal attributes:

  • Preferably with a minimum 1 year working experience in data analysis field;
  • Preferable with skill in HTML and VBA;
  • Demonstrates courage and integrity;
  • Acquires and applies commercial and technical expertise by staying up to date in industry and with market trends;
  • Manages projects and economics efficiently; planning and performing work in accordance with client requirements and professional standards;
