Responsibilities:

• Assist in all leasing matters and associated administration works for a diverse investment property portfolio
• Assist in preparation of budget plan, reports; and in handling relevant legal documents
• Carry our market research and analysis, as well as research, collection and analysis of market offerings
• Handle all enquires on leasing
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Assist in completing and updating property files

Requirements:

• Tertiary education in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate or related disciplines
• Member of HKIS/RICS preferrable but not essential
• 2-3 years' relevant experience in sales, marketing and/or leasing of properties in Hong Kong
• Good command of English
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Hardworking, proactive and willing to learn, good negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills
• Good connections and network among property agents, major landlords and developers would be an added advantage
• Immediately available is highly preferred
