Department: Customer Centre & Customer Administration Department

In this position, you will:

• Design course content of education workshop and act as the  as the tutor for the workshop (eg. STEM and handset related)
• Conduct market research on latest digital tend for customer education
• Assist online tutorial video pre & post production, including VO script writing, video shooting, editing and subtitling
• Perform new product evaluation and defective handset inspection
• Manage faulty handsets for the company, including diagnose faulty handset claims, logistic arrangement for stocks in/out with vendors and control stock
• Prepare statistical reports with highlight for management review

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Electronics / Telecommunication / Multi-media / Computer Science, Art Design or other relevant disciplines
• Strong knowledge and interest on market trend of handsets, tablets and related devices
• Experience and interest in STEM courses teaching / tutoring is a plus
• Familiar with video production, knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effect software is a plus
• Experience in handsets inspection and repairing is an advantage
• Familiar with major Operating systems, e.g. Android, IOS & Windows
• Well organized, good time management and creative
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, familiar with Chinese Word Processing
• Willing to work under pressure and 5 days shift duty, including weekends and public holidays
• Fresh graduates are also welcome

When you work:

• 5 days work per week in shift pattern (including Weekends Public Holiday)
• 8.75 hours/day (including 1 hour for meal)
