Job Description

To process on-going requirements of ORSO schemes/MPF exempted ORSO schemes like vetting of annual

returns, periodic fee collection, maintenance of scheme particulars and winding up of ORSO schemes;
 To process on-going requirements of MPF exempted schemes like appointment/retirement of trustees, chasing

default contributions and withdrawal of MPF exemption;
 To process applications for ORSO registration/exemption and MPF exemption;
 To handle suspected non-compliance incidents;
 To handle hotline and written complaints/enquiry cases;
 To assist in the preparation of statistical and management reports; and
 To perform other duties as assigned.


The Person
A recognized degree, preferably majoring in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent;
 At least 2 years of relevant experience in compliance, trust business or management of pension/retirement

schemes, insurance, investment/banking, complaint handling/customer service or accounting/auditing,
preferably gained from sizable or public organizations; 

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
 Good interpersonal, communication, analytical, organization and problem-solving skills; and
 Mature, flexible, open-minded and able to work independently as well as under pressure.

Remuneration Package
A competitive remuneration and benefits package including a discretionary performance-linked variable pay, annual
leave, medical, dental and life insurance coverage, and MPF will be offered. The appointment will be made on a
fixed-term contract for two years.
