Job Description
  1. 5 passes in HKCEE, including "Grade E" or above in Chinese and English Language (Syllabus B) or equivalent
  2. Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering / Building Surveying / Building Studies or other related discipline and proven experience in related discipline will also be considered
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and general computer operations, and knowledge in use of Photoshop, 3D drawing and other drawing software is preferred
  4. Responsible for overall planning / handling of fitting out, renovation, alteration & addition and repair & maintenance works of the social services units as well as to follow up / execute the facilities management / maintenance works of the Multi-services Complex
  5. At least 3 years' relevant experience in Engineering field, preferably in the maintenance and facilities management or equivalent
  6. Good in writing in English and Chinese, as a communication bridge between teammates and relevant parties
  7. Familiar with NGO operation, Lotteries Fund project is an advantage
  8. Five-day work week
