Job Description

The Job

  • To assist in gathering information and conducting research on MPF-related issues;
  • To assist in monitoring the global development of privately managed provident fund schemes;
  • To assist in preparing research reports and presentation materials and maintaining database;
  • To perform administrative duties and coordinating logistics for activities such as workshops/meetings/overseas visits, etc.; and
  • To perform other duties as assigned.

The Person

  • A recognized degree or equivalent in any disciplines;
  • At least 2 years of working experience, preferably with exposure in areas such as research, project management or relevant fields;
  • Good command of English and Chinese languages;
  • Proficient in PC applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
  • Good interpersonal, communication and organization skills; and
  • Flexible, proactive and a good team player.

Remuneration Package

A competitive remuneration and benefits package including a discretionary performance-linked variable pay, annual leave, medical, dental and life insurance coverage, and MPF will be offered. All new appointments will be made on a two-year fixed-term contract initially prior to consideration for appointment on a non-fixed-term basis.
