Responsibilities

• Assist Supervisor to develop the Department Safety dashboard
• Manage the distribution and processing of all safety reports
• Assist to distribute safety reports within CSD for risk classification/assessment and investigation follow up in the safety database AQD  
• Manage AQD database for data extraction, trend analysis and safety performance indicator (SPI) monitoring
• Maintain all AQD user accounts and security access rights within HKA
• Coordinate and conduct initial and refresher AQD training for internal users
• Participate actively in SAG / MOR meetings and summarize actions for prompt follow up with the concerned parties
• Assist supervisor to prepare safety statistics and SPI’s for management review
• Maintain and enhance the safety promotion and communication within HKA

Requirements

• Tertiary education
• At least 1 years working experience in aviation
• High level of written and spoken English
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Experience in operational risk assessment and management is an advantage
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• worked with aviation safety databases (AQD) is an advantage
