Recruitment

• Handle recruitment assignments for the designated Line of Service, which includes:
• understanding the resourcing needs and requirements
• suggesting suitable resourcing channels
• screening applications, conducting interviews and coordinating necessary assessments
• identifying and appointing the suitable candidates
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and other service providers
• Work closely with the Experienced Hire managers to develop and manage a strategic sourcing strategy for the designated Line of Service
• Participate in sourcing-related projects
• Any other duties as assigned

• Assisting on interview arrangement
• Assisting on written test
• Pre-on-boarding
• Day 1 documents check/collection
• P-file management
• Other tasks if he/she can help
