The Job

• To assist in conducting risk management assessments on the operations of MPF trustees, identify areas for improvement and recommend the appropriate supervisory actions to managers to address identified risks;
• To assist in investigating and following up the issues identified from complaint cases, enquiries and suspected non-compliances;
• To manage and maintain databases for MPF trustees and MPF products;
• To compile survey statistics and data, and assist in conducting analysis for the purpose of management information and intelligence gathering; and
• To perform other duties as assigned by the Management.

The Person

• A recognized degree, or equivalent;
• At least two years of relevant experience in regulatory compliance, retirement schemes / pensions, banking, insurance or accounting / auditing, preferably gained from sizable or public organizations;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Good interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem solving skills; and
• Flexible, a good team player and able to work independently as well as under pressure.

Remuneration Package

A competitive remuneration and benefits package including a discretionary performance-linked variable pay, annual leave, medical, dental and life insurance coverage, and MPF will be offered. All new appointments will be made on a two-year fixed-term contract initially prior to consideration for appointment on a non-fixed-term basis.
