Responsibilities:

• Prepare communications materials including speeches, Q&As, press releases, etc and translation work from English to Chinese or vice versa
• Coordinate the publication of inflight magazine; work with internal stakeholders and external agency on content calendar and production 
• Engage with internal and external advocators to create engaging content to repurpose for various communications channels
• Support crisis communications on operational issues, incidents or accidents to minimise impact to business and reputation
• Assist in planning and execution of communications strategy for corporate milestones and key events both in Hong Kong and overseas
• Provide support to CSR programmes in Hong Kong and overseas markets, to position airline as an inclusive and caring company
• Perform ad hoc duties/assignments as required

Requirements:

• Related academic discipline in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, Translation, etc. 
• 3 to 5 years of working experience in editorial/PR/Communications; airline or aviation knowledge is a plus 
• Excellent English language skills - both written and spoken; Chinese language skills an advantage
• Versatile writing skills in various styles and tones
• Attention to detail and accuracy, flawless spelling and grammar
• Strong editorial experience and digital-savvy
• Hands on experience with computer software, including Adobe Photoshop, CMS would be an advantage
• Outgoing, passionate, and a collaborative team player
• Able to work under short deadlines
