Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the performances of stations and General Sales Agency (GSA), channels and agents
• Perform supporting functions for Outstation, General Sales Agent (GSA) and Section management, evaluate the associated cost of GSA and agents
• Provide analysis and support for Global Business Development Section, covering online and offline businesses
• Be responsible for project management, to assist portal / system in place for outstation and sales management
• Assist in data management and process optimization, when enhancement areas are identified

Requirements

• University graduate (Preferably, major in Business Administration, Computer science, Statistics or Tourism related areas)
• 1-3 years experience in analysis or system management, preferably in tourism related area
• Excellent analytical skills and comfortable with figures. Experience in analytic tools usage and management is preferred.
• Strong organizational, time management, ability to multi-task, work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• A team player and excellent interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (fluency in Mandarin preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing. VBA experience is preferred.
