Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the performances of stations and General Sales Agency (GSA), channels and agents
- Perform supporting functions for Outstation, General Sales Agent (GSA) and Section management, evaluate the associated cost of GSA and agents
- Provide analysis and support for Global Business Development Section, covering online and offline businesses
- Be responsible for project management, to assist portal / system in place for outstation and sales management
- Assist in data management and process optimization, when enhancement areas are identified
Requirements
- University graduate (Preferably, major in Business Administration, Computer science, Statistics or Tourism related areas)
- 1-3 years experience in analysis or system management, preferably in tourism related area
- Excellent analytical skills and comfortable with figures. Experience in analytic tools usage and management is preferred.
- Strong organizational, time management, ability to multi-task, work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- A team player and excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (fluency in Mandarin preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing. VBA experience is preferred.
