Job Description

Duties:The appointee will be responsible for liaising with schools and bookshops on wholesale ordering for examination publications, handling on-line bookstore orders, updating publication information to the Authority’s website, handling copyright matters and liaise with schools on the school licensing scheme and assisting in publication promotional programs. The appointee may also be required to be rotated within Finance Division to handle procurement matters.

 

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Purchasing or Business Administrations or Social Science;
  • At least 5 years’ working experience in administration, procurement and customer service is highly preferred;
  • At least 2 years’ supervisory experience is preferred;
  • Proficient in computer applications including MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Access and Chinese word processing with basic knowledge on HTML is preferred;
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge in Putonghua will be an advantage; and
  • Good communication and organizational skills and be able to attend to details with high accuracy.

 

Employment Terms: The remuneration package will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointment will be on a fixed-term contract with contract-end-gratuity, MPF benefits, medical and dental care. Future employment may be offered on renewable contracts subject to performance and staffing needs.
