The position of Technical Officer exists in the organization is to serve needs of general technical support in the project department.

The Job holder required to provide technical services include digital data; document and drawing management system; submission quality control; office technical supports; etc,. of all works required in design; construction; testing and commissioning, operation & maintenance stages of a project cycle.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To provide CADD drawing production supports for design and constructions projects.
• To interpret and verify project design data and submission in the document system, carry out day to day document in / out registrations.
• To set up the effective document record system, generate user reports.
• To review / comment / communicate with other project parties to ensure all submissions are fulfill project standard and Client requirements.
• Assist construction works inspection / progress monitoring,
• Follow practices & procedures to maintain construction record / as-built record.

• On time, accurate and effective to complete each takes.
• Give practical solution in data management to assist design & construction activities.
• Effective data management - fast information retrieval for project data enquiry,
• Continuous improving job skills to cope the needs from all stages of a project,
• Carryout design work under minimum supervision,
• Proactive; accuracy, attention to details job efficiency;
• Ability to plan and co-ordinate work task with clear priorities;

Promotion path: Senior Technical Officer / Project Coordinator > Project Engineer > Assistant / Design Manager.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• University / Technical Institute / Certificate or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years related working experience,
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, CADD operation skills, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Adobe Acrobat Prefrontal skills; document control system skills and computer literacy are essential.
