Responsibilities

• Assist Manager to coordinate with cross-functional teams and overseas offices to promote PartnerNet and Hong Kong Specialist and facilitate effective operation of relevant programmes to drive new member registration and completion
• Support Worldwide Offices in updating, verification and maintenance of website contents and user database to ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate
• Assist in preparation of questionnaires to collect participants feedback on trade shows
• Prepare regular reports and conduct desktop research about tourism industry trend
• Responsible for day-to-day administrative support to the team
• Undertake an other duties / special assignments as directed by Supervisor / Manager

Requirements

• University degree holder with minimum 2 years of experience in Business Information Technology, Creative Media, e-Commerce or relevant discipline
• Computer literate and familiar with MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
• Proficiency in Web technology, e.g. HTML, CSS, Javascript
• Detail-oriented with good organization skill
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Attention to details, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
