Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Organize and coordinate training program and CSR/sports activities.
- Identify training needs and develop training plan for all levels of staff members.
- Design and conduct in-house training.
- Source external training course and material.
- Participate various recruitment campaigns and projects.
- Provide administration support to HR Department.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
- Min. 3 years relevant experience preferably gained from sizable company, construction/engineering industry.
- Good knowledge in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other employment-related ordinance an advantage.
- Good communications and interpersonal skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in PC skills including MS Office and Chinese word processing.
- Dynamic, meticulous, self-initiative and a good team player.
- Immediate available would be an advantage.
5.5 days work week.
We offer 13 months salary, year end bonus, annual leave starting from 12 days, medical scheme and study allowance to the right candidate.
