Responsibilities:

1. Manage all kinds of digital production for CRM a, eCommerce & payment promotions
2. Maintain & develop the eCRM & Ecom platforms (website & apps), including the campaign development, management of CMS and conduct UAT.
3. Work collaboratively with internal and external parties e.g. Operations, CS, IT, digital platform production vendors, printers etc. on CRM and digital marketing initiatives
4. Prepare presentation and report for management review

Requirements:

1. University graduate in Marketing, Business or related discipline
2. Experience in UX/UI design is a definite advantage 
3. Good team player, creative, energetic and passionate in digital design 
4. Candidates with experience in CRM or online marketing is preferred 
5. Knowledge on website/apps development, data analysis and project management is a plus. 
6. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
7. Proficient in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe programe
8. Proficient in both spoken and written English and Cantonese
